Cancellation Policy :

  • Cancellations made in the ninety (90) days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 30% charge.
  • Cancellations made in the thirty (30) days prior to the date of arrival will incur 50% charge.
  • Cancellations made seven (7) days prior to the date of arrival or at anytime after the arrival date  will incur 100% charge and in high season (from 20/12 to 30/04 and from 1/07 to the 30/09) the delay is 10 days prior to the date of arrival.
  • The 20%, 30% and 40% promotions are non refundable.
